Luxury resale, where nothing on the shelf has a twin — I designed UX for the Home decor category, and the one-of-a-kind inventory changed every design question. Even before that I was working in commerce at Wortmann Holding, on the Tamaris shoe brand: trade shows, retail and wholesale — brand, inventory realities, and buyer psychology in one system.

An agentic, spatial workbench for US freight rail, built at the World Model Hackathon. Five railway agents coordinated by an orchestration layer over a real-time map: a bet on what regulated operations tooling feels like a decade out.
