- Day 2 · The Workshop — together, in the roomEight hours of collaborative work, ideally IRL: positioning deep-dive, brand and visual ideation, the language that supports it, user-flow workshops, merch and launch moments.
- Day 3 · Run the Build — together, remote worksSame collaboration, dev gear on: we lock the visual language, I build the starter design system in Figma, and we architect two flows screen by screen — say, individual onboarding and org onboarding.
