I joined Blume Global as the founding designer and stayed until the company was acquired by WiseTech Global. By the end I had built and led a design team of three, me here and the rest based in India, and the work reached well past product: the website, branding, merch. The heart of it was the ecosystem of products, spanning ocean visibility, rail services, and supplier management, all of it needing to feel like one company and scale without fragmenting. Today that network connects carriers and shippers across 170+ countries, from 11K+ drayage carriers to 500+ IMCs.

The Blume Global website, driving efficiency and visibility across your supply chain

Three case studies back that up:

  1. Admin & organization onboarding: streamlining onboarding so organizations self-onboard while

keeping their internal architecture intact (org, division, individual), with an ecosystem of permissions to match. Once live, about 5,000 new orgs onboarded in under a week.

  1. Visibility dashboards: Oakland in particular, but there were a variety. A map-heavy,

multi-device project where users need specific info at their fingertips, so we built adaptive dashboards powered by workflows, with KPI UI that felt intuitive and insightful.

  1. ICTSI: appointment and payment terminal software for dray drivers (mobile) and dispatchers

(desktop), one seamless experience across the terminal's financial, container, and automotive flows.
