The Blume × Looker hybrid — an analytics surface inside the design system.
The engineering character here is the Blume × Looker hybrid: an analytics surface that has to sit inside the design system while speaking Looker's data model. KPI tiles, maps, and Total/Dray/ Ocean views that stay coherent with the rest of the product, on desktop first but scaling up to tablets and a live TV stream in the office.
What did ship, and shipped broadly, is the map language underneath it all: the styling, the visual language, and the iconography for locations, statuses, and exceptions on the live map.

It's also where a booked appointment stops being a moment and becomes a data stream: it branches into finance, manager approvals and escalations, and detention & demurrage. The design accounted for where appointment data goes next, not just where it starts.
