Forwarding — inheriting the legacy, matching the real capability.

Forwarding is where the shared-component work is most visible, because it's the layer every track touches. Even on the modules I didn't own screen-by-screen, the data grids, navigation, and toolbar came out of the same component set I was contributing to, so the systems work reached further than the tracks I led.

Forwarding is also where I did the most inheriting. The old CargoWise screens had good functional bones, but the way they exchanged data with CargoWise underneath was jagged, and the UI was stuck in the 90s. So the job wasn't a repaint — it was digging into the real integration limits, then updating the interface to match the capability the system actually had, and bringing it up to a Supply-adjacent standard that fit the branding.
