CargoWise Neo is a portal freight forwarders hand to their customers, the companies that actually own the goods moving through the chain. The whole product is one move repeated: take a task that used to route through staff over email, fax, and phone, and turn it into something the customer does themselves, with automation doing the chasing. I led that move across three tracks (Customs, Warehouse, Accounting) and I always started in the operator's chair before I touched the interface. The dispatcher watching fifty shipments a day, the compliance lead chasing a filing: their reality is the brief.
