SaaS Summit at the AWS Builder Loft

Loved the first-ever SaaS Summit at the AWS Builder Loft. Thanks to the organizers + speakers for bringing such a sharp group together — it was the perfect mix of strategy, code, and community.

A few highlights that stood out for me:

  • Rickey McGregor III (v0 by Vercel) — his take on the design layer in the flow really hit home. For visual thinkers like me, working at the intersection of UX strategy + SaaS adoption, this feels like a true game changer. (Already testing the app as I write this—will report back soon!)

  • Konstantin Wohlwend (Stack Auth, YC S24) — drove the point on how critical security + personal data are for building trust in SaaS.

  • Andre Landgraf (Neon) — made scaling look fun while showcasing Neon’s approach to Postgres-as-a-service.

  • Mark-Daniel S. — a charismatic MC who kept the energy high.

And can we talk about the AWS Builder Loft interior for a second? 🎨 From the bright modular cubes stacked at the entrance to pixel-art “BUILDER” lettering and glowing digital walls, the space feels playful yet purposeful. It’s the kind of environment that reminds you innovation doesn’t have to be sterile — it can be colorful, fun, and full of character while still being all about code, scaling, and serious SaaS conversations.

Events like this remind me why I love being part of the SaaS/AI ecosystem: the ideas, the tools, and the chance to swap stories with other builders. Excited to see where these conversations go.
