Visianary.ai

Visianary is a production OS for film and TV — a workflow-powered dashboard that also connects crew members with productions. (Both framings are true: it's the dashboard and the thing that puts crew and productions in the same place.) I came in as fractional founding design to take it 0→1, and the work is still in progress. The design problem that ended up defining it wasn't a broken flow — it was a false assumption baked so deep into the product structure that it shaped everything downstream, and mostly worked until it didn't.
