Who I Help

I help scrappy startups turn chaotic ideas into products people actually love

Early-Stage / Pre-Seed to Seed

When you’ve got chaos, big ideas, and need a fast MVP to pitch investors or prove market fit

Intellext AI

At Intellext (acquired by Microsoft) I cut my teeth helping an early-stage team shape their vision into a usable product. Here I learned how to thrive in ambiguity, prototype at speed, and win investors with clarity.

Startups don’t just need pretty screens — they need design that drives growth, keeps users coming back, and scales with the product. That’s where I come in.

The result: design that doesn’t just look good, but frees up your team, makes investors smile, and keeps your users sticking around.

Acquisition & Integration

When design needs to hold its own through due diligence, or when your product must integrate smoothly post-acquisition.

Blume Global

At Blume (acquired by WiseTech) I owned design from the ground up: establishing the design system, scaling product experience, and then leading integration post-acquisition. I know how to align teams, processes, and user journeys during high-stakes transitions.

My UX Strategy Superpowers

  • At Blume, “onboarding” used to mean a CS rep handholding clients through a junky process. I researched B2B onboarding standards, then designed a self-service flow that guided users through setting up their profile and fine-tuning key settings. Result? CS finally had free time to tackle bigger issues, users got onboarded without fuss, and support tickets dropped to almost zero (minus a few funny bugs in test and prod). That’s what scaling looks like.

  • Founders love chasing shiny numbers, but the sneaky metrics tell the real story. I always push teams to look at overlooked signals like inactive page time and mouse movement tracking. They’re often the canary in the coal mine — predicting problems before churn becomes a headline.

  • I’ve waded into more than one chaotic Figma file and emerged with order. My secret weapons? Tokens, variables, and consistent naming patterns. Visual consistency is great, but when your dev team is building in React, naming is everything. A well-structured system means faster shipping, fewer “where’s that button?” moments, and a team that actually trusts their design library.

Growth / Scale-Up

When growth is messy, user experience creaking under pressure, and you need clarity, systems, and data-driven UX to scale.

The RealReal

At The RealReal I led UX through the messy middle — scaling flows, reducing cognitive load, and balancing user needs with business demands. This stage is about optimization, analytics-driven decisions, and designing systems that don’t break under growth.
