NEO by cargowise
WiseTech Global
Neo is more than just a dashboard.
At WiseTech, I focused on designing the CargoWise Neo experience specifically for Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs), helping turn a traditionally opaque process into an actionable, user-friendly interface. My core mission: equip BCOs with real-time access and control over their supply chains—especially around product warehousing, fulfillment, invoicing, and customs.
I worked on streamlining fulfillment workflows by surfacing product-level inventory visibility, order status, and warehouse activity within the Neo portal. This meant rethinking how BCOs interact with logistics providers post-shipment—making it easy to trace where their goods are, what’s been picked, packed, and shipped, and how it all ties back to cost centers and financials.
In parallel, I led UX improvements across invoicing transparency and customs documentation—ensuring that users could easily view, upload, and reconcile charges without needing a freight forwarder translator. The result was a more empowered BCO experience: one that reduced back-and-forth communication, prevented costly delays, and delivered clearer insight across fulfillment and compliance operations.
Control Tower & Visibility
Blume Global
Streamlined landside operations for ocean carriers
As the Lead of User Experience Design at Bloom Global, I led product strategy and design across visibility, detention & demurrage, and control tower initiatives—bringing clarity and impact to a space riddled with complexity. I collaborated directly with port authorities (like the Port of Oakland) and logistics titans including CMA CGM and Kuehne+Nagel, helping translate massive data streams into actionable insights for global supply chains.
I wasn’t just designing dashboards—I was building trust between humans and systems. My work tackled pain points like shipment delays, fee transparency, and container availability, shaping tools that empowered BCOs and LSPs to make faster, smarter decisions. Whether it was improving exception workflows or creating predictive logic for inland cargo flow, my team and I always put usability at the heart of innovation.
I also mentored junior designers and cross-functional partners, embedding a design culture rooted in curiosity and sharp product thinking. And yes, I brought a little magic to logistics—balancing logic and creativity like a seasoned cartographer mapping chaos into calm.
Negotiation AI helper to transform your business
IntellextAI
At Intellext AI, I led UX design for an AI-powered contract negotiation platform built to empower small businesses. The tool analyzed contracts in real time—surfacing hidden risks, highlighting clauses that needed review, and offering industry-backed data to help users negotiate smarter deals. My focus was on making legal review accessible for non-lawyers: streamlining onboarding, guiding users through edits and redlines, and designing intelligent nudges that made contract management faster, clearer, and more compliant.
The platform helped users save time and money, reduce costly errors, and gain a competitive edge—all without needing a legal team. I worked closely with product and legal SMEs to translate AI insights into human-centered interactions, giving users confidence to negotiate on equal footing with larger vendors and partners.

The RealReal
Elevating the Luxury Resale Experience Through Data-Driven UX and Editorial Precision
At The RealReal, I worked as both a UX Designer and UX Content Writer, helping shape seamless luxury resale experiences across digital and physical retail. On the design side, I created user flows grounded in behavioral insights—leveraging Google Analytics and Hotjar to identify friction points and streamline navigation. I implemented progressive micro-disclosure copy patterns that reduced cognitive load by 11.7%, making high-end product discovery feel intuitive and engaging. I also shared ongoing user interaction data with product and engineering teams to inform roadmap decisions, while managing the daily curation flow of 120+ product units between e-commerce and brick-and-mortar locations.
In my UX Content role, I collaborated with a small team of copywriters to authenticate and evaluate luxury fashion, furniture, and fine art. I crafted precise, informative product descriptions using retail-standard language and structured data formats, ensuring consistency and trust across high-value listings. My work combined luxury brand fluency with operational efficiency—meeting daily publishing quotas while upholding brand integrity.
